GNC has a supplement called "Nourishair" that makes the hair grow faster, you can read what's in it by googling it. Be warned these pills are HUGE and you have to take 2 a day.

Also ProCaps labs sells a "hair skin and nails" formula that does the same thing, supports hair growth and health, and is smaller and easier to swallow.

If you take only Biotin alone, make sure you take at least 2.5 milligrams or 2500 micrograms [the same thing] a day because thats' a good amount to take. I use the Nourishair supplement from GNC now and my hair is growing faster than it did, but it took about 6 to 8 weeks of daily use to see results

trim it every 6 to 8 weeks, wash 1 to 2 times a week, deep condition after every wash, and sleep with satin or silk scarf or pillow to hold in the moisture in you hair. do not get anymore relaxers. try stretching your relaxers for a while. alot of black women get relaxers every time there is newgrowth. what they dont know is that you are weakening the hair and when the hair weakens it will not grow. so instead of getting relaxer ever 6 weeks. try ever 8 to 10. also, stop using hair products that contains all the bad ingredients. such as potroleum, lanolin, mineral oil. etc. those clog up you pores and stop growth as well. and for oils use natural oils, olive, carrot, etc.

Keep your hair shampooed and conditioned about every 2-3 weeks. Try not to cook it so much with the curler or blow dryer. Try roller setting it every night or so for a while. Basically let it rest. It worked for me so I hope it works for you.

you have to get it cut every 6 weeks, but not much of it juft 1 or 2 inches,the dead ends off so hair will be able to grow, and take vitamin b12 . vitamin b12 will also make your nails grow long and strong!!!! i know because i am in the hair and nail buss,!!!
