I've been trying to grow out my hair and I've been hearing that Pre- natal pills help the hair grow. Now I am an African-American and I am not pregnant. Now does it really work for our hair type and could you still use it with out being pregnant. If so which brand?

ok comin from a african american it a myth that it works but if ur on birth conrol bad idea it will chandge ur hormones prnatel pills are the most healthies pill a woman can ever take in her like thats y they're given to women who are expecting but be sur that ur not on any birth control because the pill will gilve u hormones and the pre natals will also. but vitamin e really works u can take the jell cap tablet by mouth or u can break it and squeeze the oil into ur hand and massage it thro ur scalp

nothing makes the hair grow, the pills help your hair grow out stronger and healtheir so therefore it doesnt break as much and if it doesnt break u will keep what you grow, just buy hair skin and nail vitamins, it will help, massage your scalp 1-2 times a day to help stimulate blood flow, which promotes growth and keep those ends moisturized, i did that and my hair has grown 4 inches in the last year.
