Please only answer if you used it or you know someone who used it. I want to know if it improves the texture of your hair, and the growth. I am african american and have had braids in for 5 weeks, and am planning on keeping them in for another 3 weeks. I want to know if doo gro can grow my hair (even a little bit) by then.

no, i've used it and its a waste of money. while you have in your braids get a bottle of WILD GROWTH. Its the best. I use it on a regular basis and it works wonders. Its in a small bottle and a little goes a long way. You take the bottle and place the oil on your scalp and ends of your hair. (Its kind of like basing your hair when you get a relaxer). Use this combined with keeping your ends trimmed and your hair clean, deep conditioned and you should see some wonderful results. Hope this helps!

Doo grow is a conditioner it will not permanentaly change the texture of your hair. The only thing that changes hair texture are relaxers and texterizers.
