Try using any shampoo and conditioner, keeping

the conditioner in the hair for a long time especially

the ends of the hair helps. Also buying hairspray thats

leave in conditioner helps too just spray some on the

tips of the hair and go. If you get split ends a lot then

go to the hair salon every month to get a trim. But I

would recommend you to try Dove shampoo and

conditioner it makes hair really soft and smooth.

I heard leaving olive oil in your hair for about 10-20

minutes then rinsing gives your hair the nutrients and

oils that it needs, but I've never tried it.

Cut off the splits--once they're split, they can't be repaired. They can only be concealed by silicone products (like Frizz Ease).

Use a gentle shampoo (with sodium laureth sulfate as the detergent) and a good conditioner. When getting out of the shower, use a leave-in cream like Herbal Essences Break's Over. Once a week, use an oil treatment, like Hollywood Beauty Carrot Oil. And don't wash hair every day--put it up in a showercap on days you don't wash.
