If I take prenatal vitamins how long will it take before i start seeing results?
For me, after about a week I noticed stronger fingernails, but I didn't notice anything in my hair until the 3rd week or so. But I'm white, so I don't know if that will make a difference.
Also - it will help if you take certain kinds of prenatals. Citra-Cal is the best, in my opinion. It was also easier on my stomach.
